Our virtual community
Emerge Work At Home Customer Service Representatives are at the forefront of a thriving virtual community that develops between peers during training and continues to build as you work with your program’s colleagues and team leaders. In this virtual community support, encouragement and tools are offered to make it a great platform to share and connect with members of the organization.
In the virtual community, each agent meets with their team leader daily, to have one on one sessions to address changes, growth, concerns, and questions as well as offer advice on how to improve their techniques. Additionally, our team leaders and coaches meet regularly with the client and program representatives to share information and program updates. Customer Service Representatives have the ability, at any time during a call, to get help from their team leader or coach, via chat, IM, and voice.
